A national of Denmark is now in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, on the local leg of a journey which will take him to every country in the world without using an aircraft.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines is the 65th country for Torbjorn (Torbion) Pederson, who is travelling under the auspices of the Red Cross.
Speaking on NBC’s Interface Programme this week, Mr. Pederson, who is a Goodwill Ambassador from the Danish Red Cross, said he has received a good reception in the countries he has visited so far.
Mr. Pederson says he has been travelling now for about one year and one month, in his quest to complete the project, which has been dubbed: Once Upon a Saga.
He said he is scheduled to leave St. Vincent and the Grenadines today.
Mr. Pederson estimates that he would complete his travels in four years.
