Thirty-year-old Planning Officer Michael Cozier, and Michelle Davis, 45yrs, Office attendant, both of Harmony Hall, have been arrested and charged jointly with drug possession.
Police say the two were charged for having in their possession a 1,463 grammes of cannabis with intent to supply it to another as well as for the purpose of trafficking and attempting to export 1,463 grammes of cannabis” at SVG Postal Cooperation, Kingstown.
The incident is said to have occurred on November 11th.
