The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, NTRC, will today begin preliminary judging in Its Second Annual Idea and Innovation Competition known as the I-square competition.
The Competition is geared towards allowing students from Secondary and Tertiary level Institutions to put forward ideas that can implement new systems or improve existing systems in the current departments within the Public service and other state agencies that provide services to the public.

Miss Edwards says the judging phase of the competition begins today, and runs up to November 20th.
