Discussions will be held here this week on the training of officials in relation to the implementation of administrative practices and procedures under the Caricom Single Market and Economy, CSME.
A team from the CSME Office in Barbados, along with representatives from A-Z Information Jamaica Limited will meet with the relevant stakeholders today and tomorrow.
They will discuss the implementation of the system developed for providing the functionality required to facilitate the approach necessary to enhance the administrative practices and procedures under the CSME.
Topics to be looked at include Application and Issuance of New Skilled National and Service Provider Certificates and Verification of Eligibility of Skilled Nationals.
The sessions will be held at the Department of Telecommunications Conference Room beginning at 8:30am daily.
