The President of the National Council of Women Beverley Richards has called on all sectors of society to speak out against violence against women and girls.
Miss Richards made the call, as St. Vincent and the Grenadines join the international community in observing the International Day of the Girl Child today.
The day is being observed under the theme: Empowering Adolescent Girls: Ending the Cycle of Violence
