Minister of Foreign Affairs, Camillo Gonsalves has warned that time is running out for the world community to effectively address the issue of climate change.
Minister Gonsalves made the point, as he addressed the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly on Monday.
He noted that not enough is being done to tackle this issue
Minister Gonsalves emphasized that the issue of climate change is of critical importance, and must not be sidelined.
