The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment is appealing to members of the public to cooperate with their enumerators whenever they are hosting any public campaigns.
This call was made by Chief Health Promotion Officer, Patsy Wyllie following the hosting of a capacity building workshop for health professionals dubbed “Communicating for Public Health”.
Miss Wyllie said the workshop was very successful and her colleagues are now better prepared to handle the varying work programs which the ministry will have to implement.
She said while this is the case they also need the public on board to ensure that ALL programs which will be implemented by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment are successful.
