All-rounder, Andre Russell has been called up to the West Indies Cricket Squad for the third and final One-Day International against Bangladesh at Warner Park in St Kitts today from 2:30 pm.
Russell’s addition pushes the squad to 14 and is the only change to the unit which contested the opening games in Grenada last week.
The 26-year-old Jamaican is a lively seamer and a powerful lower order batsman, and is also a brilliant out-fielder. He has played 35 ODIs, the last of which was against New Zealand on the West Indies tour there last January.
The West Indies hold an unassailable 2-nil lead in the series after winning the first game by three wickets and the second by 177 runs.
The Full Squad is Dwayne Bravo Captain, Darren Bravo, Kirk Edwards, Chris Gayle, Jason Holder, Nikita Miller, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard, Denesh Ramdin, Ravi Rampaul, Kemar Roach, Andre Russell, Darren Sammy and Lendl Simmons.
