Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has pointed out that the poor and the indigent are the ones who are worst affected by severe weather events.
Delivering the feature address at yesterday’s ceremony in Hope Village, Dr. Gonsalves said this is why Disaster Management must be integrated into all public policies.
