The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Employers Federation is collaborating with the Vincentian Students Association at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies to host a two-day Career Development Seminar from today.
A release from the Federation says the Seminar is being held under the theme: Choices: Students Today; Nation Builders Tomorrow
The Federation says the Seminar is intended to enable students to develop a deeper understanding of their career prospects, and to become aware of available opportunities.
It is also intended to help the students to gain an understanding of the tactics and methods of conducting a job search and general preparation for the world of work.
The Seminar is targeting students from the third to fifth forms of Secondary Schools, as well as College Graduates or persons looking to education at the university level.
The Seminar is taking place at Frenches House in Kingstown
