One of this country’s cultural practitioners has highlighted the importance of education in the wider process of emancipation.
The point was raised by Deputy Chairman of the National Cultural Foundation Glenroy Sulle Ceaser, during NBC’s Views On issues programme on Sunday.
The programme examined the topic: Emancipation: What it means for us as Vincentians.
Mr. Ceaser noted that the current system of education has not evolved sufficiently to support the developmental needs of the country.
