A number of changes are to be made to the operations at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital from today, as rehabilitation work at the institution gets underway.
The work is to be carried out by Hutchinson Construction Company, with funding from the European Union, to the tune of 8.3-milion euros
Acting Hospital Administrator at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital Grace Walters said several areas are to be rehabilitated.
Miss Walters said some wards are now located in temporary areas to accommodate the work on the project
Miss Walters said there would also be restrictions for persons visiting patients at the Hospital.
And, she appealed for the co-operation of the public, to ensure that operations at the institution proceed smoothly.
