Steady progress is being made by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment with the Revision of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan
This follows a one day National Consultation held here last week, to receive feed-back from stakeholders.
The Ministry says the consultation was designed to present findings on the status, trends and threats facing biodiversity conservation in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
It was also intended to review progress made in implementing the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, and the progress being made towards achieving targets.
Manager of the National Biodiversity Project Tasheika Haynes says several area were examined during the session.
