Executive Director of the National Insurance Services (NIS), Reginald Thomas has said that they are continuing to develop initiatives which would result in improved services and more benefits for persons across the region.
He said a number of these issues were discussed during the 25th Meeting of Heads of Social Security from Caribbean member states which was held in St. Vincent and the Grenadines from July 23rd to 25th.
Mr. Thomas said as times change the Social Security services need to adjusts so they can adequately satisfy the need of their clientele and the region.
