Park Ranger with the National Parks, Rivers and Beaches Authority, Maxwell Erasto Robertson, is calling in Vincentians to recognize the importance of the nation’s many waterfalls.
He was speaking on the Face to Face programme aired on NBC Radio yesterday, which focused on the importance and use of waterfalls, which can be found at various locations throughout the country.
Mr. Robertson said waterfalls are one of this country’s most valuable treasures and provides opportunities in the field of tourism.
Mr. Robertson also confirmed that the Falls of Balliene will soon be reopened to the public following restorative works.
