The Cocoa Producers Cooperative Society Limited (COPCO) is preparing to hold its General Meeting tomorrow at Frenches House.
According to a release from the Society, tomorrow’s meeting which commences at 4:00pm will receive reports, elect directors and outline the way forward for the Vincentian Cocoa Industry.
The society says tomorrow’s meeting is strategically important because COPCO is well poised to negotiate a joint venture in Cocoa processing and all farmers should be on board.
COPCO is encouraging farmers and other interested persons to purchase shares in the society.
