Courtney Williams placed 5th in Heat (3) of the Men’s 200-metres in 21.94 seconds yesterday in the Track and Field Competition of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland but could not secure a birth in the semi-finals.
Kimorie Shearman finished 6th in Heat (9) in 21.85 seconds and Reuberth Boyde 8th in Heat (2) in a time of 22.23 seconds.
In the Women’s 200-metres, Kineke Alexander finished 2nd in Heat (1) in a time of 23.44 seconds.
Alexander will be contesting the semi-finals in Heat (2) later today.
