Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has received a letter from Cable Provider Columbus Communications, also known as Flow, following a meeting held on Tuesday.

In the letter, Mr. Reid also gave the assurance that Christopher Gordon, the Country Manager of Columbus SVG, will talk with Minister responsible for ICT, Camillo Gonsalves and other stakeholders in the Ministry, as well as the Regulatory Office and Invest SVG,
This will be done with a view towards scheduling a meeting to develop a framework and identify priorities for social development collaborations.
Mr. Reid said once the meeting has taken place, he would send an update to the Prime Minister, on adjustments made to the company’s pricing and content structure, as well as priority areas identified for collaboration.
He indicated that this should take place within a week.
Tuesday’s meeting followed complaints from Vincentian cable customers about recent changes in the channel line-up offered by Flow.
