Goals from Vil London in the 6th minute and Zeron Samuel in the 53rd spurred Biabou United to a 2-1 victory over Richland Park (2) at the Diamonds Playing Field yesterday as the 2014 Hairoun Diamonds Football Championship began in earnest following Sunday’s Opening.
Alistair Williams netted a 65th minute goal for Richland Park (2).
This afternoon, Brownstown of Georgetown will meet Greggs from a quarter-past four.
The Championships include 12 Teams competing in Zones “A” and “B”, each with 6 Teams.
