A group of concerned citizens are requesting a meeting with cable television company, Flow, to discuss a range of issues affecting customers in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Local consumers are reportedly unhappy with a drastic change to the channel line-up offered, apparently without consultation or warning.
Some consumers have also expressed dissatisfaction in relation to the costs and, according to some, they are being charged outrageous prices for a service that no longer meets their entertainment and educational needs.
Member of the Concerned Citizens Group, Joy Mathews, said the group is lobbying for the reinstating of the various channels that were removed from the channel line-up.
