Eight goals were scored yesterday as Pride and Joy (2) beat Godson Cain Hard Knocks 7-1 in the Hairoun Beer/D&J Auto Rental and Parts Highlanders 9-a-side Football Championship at the Richland Park Oval.
For Pride and Joy (2), Nalroy Peters scored twice, with a goal each from Benjamin Williams, Kenton Peters, Sunil Castello, Delroy Gregg and John Swift.
Tyrone Nero scored for Godson Cain Hard Knocks.
Pride and Joy (1) and Realistic will meet in this afternoon’s match from half past four also at the Richland Park Oval.
