The National Public Library will be hosting its inaugural teen program entitled HYPE (Helping Young People Excel) next week.
The program will be held from July 21st to 25th under the theme ‘Setting Your Goals, Realizing Your Dream’ and will cater for twenty persons, aged 13-15 years.
The Library says in a release that the HYPE program is aimed at inspiring positive attitude in teens thereby exposing them to tools that can be used to reach their goals.
It will also seek to increase the participant’s sense of personal confidence and self-worth and assist with personal development;
Registration for the program is taking place at the National Public Library from July 10-16.
