Host St. Kitts and Nevis with a total of 17 Medals won the Men’s and Women’s OECS Track and Field Athletics Championship at the weekend in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
St. Kitts and Nevis finished with four Gold, six Silver and seven Bronze.
They were followed by St. Lucia with 13 medals, five Gold, 2 Silver and 6 Bronze, third was Antigua and Barbuda with 8 medals, 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines placed 4th with 7 medals, 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze, 5th was the British Virgin Islands with 6 medals, 2 Gold, 3 Silver and one Bronze. Grenada finished with 6 medals also, 3 Gold and 3 Silver.
Sixth was Dominica with 2 medals, one Gold and One Silver and Anguilla finished in the cellar position with a single medal, one gold.
