Host St. Kitts and Nevis with a total of 17 Medals won the Men’s and Women’s OECS Track and Field Athletics Championship at the weekend in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
St. Kitts and Nevis finished with four Gold, six Silver and seven Bronze.
They were followed by St. Lucia with 13 medals, five Gold, 2 Silver and 6 Bronze, third was Antigua and Barbuda with 8 medals, 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines placed 4th with 7 medals, 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze, 5th was the British Virgin Islands with 6 medals, 2 Gold, 3 Silver and one Bronze and Grenada who finished with 6 medals also, 3 Gold, 3 Silver and no Bronze.
Sixth was Dominica with 2 medals, one Gold, One Silver and no Bronze and Anguilla finished the cellar position with a single medal, one Gold, no Silver and no Bronze.
