The Ministry of Housing will continue its ceremony today to hand over of Houses to persons displaced by the December 2013 floods. Today’s ceremony will be held in Cumberland.
Keys to fifteen houses will be presented to the homeowners at an official ceremony, scheduled to begin at three this afternoon.
The presentation ceremony will feature addresses from Director of NEMO, Howie Prince; Minister of Housing Montgomery Daniel and Chairman of the Housing and Land Development Corporation Berisford Phillips.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will deliver the feature address.
Residents in Fitzhughes, Langley Park and South Rivers have already received keys to their new houses.
Tomorrow it will be the turn of residents in Fancy.
