The Financial Laws Miscellaneous Amendment Bill was one of three passed during this morning’s session of Parliament.
In presenting the Bill, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves explained that that the Bill was being introduced to amend six Acts.
The Prime Minister explained that the amendments are intended to comply with recommendations outlined by the Global Forum of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD.

The other two Bills passed were the Stamp Amendment Bill and the Limited Liability Companies Act (Date of Commencement and Validation) Bill
