As construction continues on the Argyle International Airport, the International Airport Development Company IADC is continuing to hold its Town Hall meetings throughout the country to solicit the views of the public.
That’s according to Communications Officer at the International Airport Development Company (IADC), Jennifer Richardson, following the most recent meeting which was held in Union Island on June 12th.
She tells NBC News that last Thursday’s meeting was very interesting and the general consensus is that persons in Union Island are concerned about the connectivity which the airport will bring.
Miss Richardson said residents in Union Island have also admitted that they need to start getting themselves ready to start taking advantage of the many benefits which the airport will bring to the country.
