The Housing and Land Development Corporation will be handing over eight houses tomorrow to families in South Rivers whose homes were damaged or destroyed by the floods of December 2013.
General Manager of the Corporation Elvis Charles says later this month they will also be handing over another ten houses at Cumberland and four at Fancy.
Mr. Charles said while they are handing over these new houses for flood victims they will also continue to repair and build homes for persons who were affected during Hurricane Thomas is 2010.
He said this work is expect to be completed within a year.
