Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar says work is continuing to develop the sector, through the Banana Accompanying Measures BAM Project.
The project is geared towards the development modernization of the Agricultural Sector over a five year period.
Minister Caesar says they are putting measures in place before the official launch of the BAM Project.
The overall objective of the BAM Project is reduce the levels of poverty in St. Vincent and the Grenadines through increased production, investment, exports and employment in the Agricultural Sector.
