Police are continuing investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of a Clare Valley resident.
According to the Police, reports indicate that 42-year-old laborer Junior McKie, was struck on the right side of his face with a stone, during a dispute at Questelles beach.
The Police say the incident is reported to have occurred at about 9:15 on Monday morning.
A post mortem examination is expected to be performed on his body, to determine the cause of death.
