Over 12-thousand additional laptop computers are expected to arrive here this week.
A release from Communications Consultant Elson Crick says that after some delay, the ship containing the Acer laptops for secondary school students, will arrive here over the next 24 hours at the Campden Park port.
The release says the containers (two forty foot and one twenty foot) with the 12,500 computers, will be transported to port Kingstown where the off-loading will begin around 10am tomorrow Thursday.
The Government has brokered a deal with British Firm, Dennis Publishing, to provide the laptops under the one laptop per child initiative.
