Plans are now well advanced for the staging of the 2014 editions of the Junior and Senior Panorama, to take place during Vincy Mas.
President of the Youlou Pan Movement Oneka Morgan, provided the media with an update on arrangements being put in place, during a News Conference hosted by the Carnival Development Corporation last week.
Miss Morgan said the Junior Panorama is slated for June 29th.
