The Ministry of Health is continuing efforts to tackle the issues of Sexual and Reproductive Health in St. Vincent and the Grenadines
That’s according to Permanent Secretary Luis Deshong, who was delivering an address at a Lecture hosted by the St. Vincent Planned Parenthood Association last Thursday
The Lecture on the topic “Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights” was presented by Dr. Beryl Irons, Family and Community Health Advisor for the Pan American Health Organization PAHO
Mr. DeShong however said that some challenges are being faced with the implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health interventions.
The Lecture was organized by the SVG Planned Parenthood Association to coincide with the Global Day of Action.
