An Official from the St. Vincent Planned Parenthood Association has stressed the need for greater efforts to be made to empower single Mothers in the society.
The suggestion came from Youth Programme Coordinator at the Planned Parenthood Association Nelly Phillips during NBC’s Views On Issues Programme on Sunday.
Miss Phillips said more needs to be done to help single Mothers to acquire skills and to upgrade their academic qualifications.
