A senior member of the local legal fraternity has emphasized the importance of integrity among legal practitioners, in the execution of their duties.
The point was made by Queen’s Counsel, Stanley John, during a special sitting of the High Court held last week to mark his admission to the Inner Bar.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. John pledged his loyalty to the rule of law and adherence to the finest traditions of counsel.
And he noted that Lawyers have a critical role to play in the administration of Justice.
Several members of the local Bar Association addressed the gathering, including President of the Association Rene Baptiste and Queen’s Counsel Parnel Campbell.
