St. Vincent and the Grenadines continues to lead the rest of the region in the implementation of the Juvenile Justice Reform Project.
This statement was made by Legal Consultant, Jacqueline Sealey- Burke who has been contracted by the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States to oversee the smooth implementation of the program.
The Juvenile Justice Reform System targets young people in the Eastern Caribbean, who have had to go through the Justice System.
It is being undertaken by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS.
