Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting of Mitchie Webb, a 30year-old labourer of Edinboro, which occurred at Rose Place, yesterday.
Police say Webb reportedly sustained several gun shots about his body.
He is now a patient at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
And, Police are also investigating a fatal motor vehicular accident involving Kenrick Baptiste, a 27year-old farmer of Rabacca, which occurred along the Rabacca Public Road between 11:00 pm on Friday April 18th and 4:20 a.m on Saturday April 19th.
Police say Baptiste reportedly died on the spot after he was struck by an unknown motor vehicle.
A post-mortem examination is expected to be performed on the body, to determine the cause of death.
