The local agricultural sector is in line to receive significant support from the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture IICA.
Word of this came from IICA’s Technical Specialist, Michael Dalton, during his remarks at the opening of the Second Annual Inter-American Exhibition, held here last week
Mr. Dalton says IICA will continue to broaden and deepen its collaboration with its partners in St. Vincent and the Grenadines during the course of this year.
He said this year will see the execution of a number of specialized programmes aimed at fostering the continued development of the agricultural sector.
