The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force says it will continue to educate women on steps which can be taken to reduce the likelihood of becoming victims of sexually-motivated crimes.
That’s according to Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Jonathan Nichols, during the Police on the Beat programme aired on NBC Radio on Monday night.
ASP Nichols said the police continue to encourage women and girls to avoid activities and situations where they can be targeted by criminally-motivated persons.
ASP Nichols urged persons to be mindful of their surroundings and to inform a friend or loved-one about their whereabouts.
