Women throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines and across the region are being encouraged to do all that is within their ambit to ensure that they are productive members of society.
This call was made by a number of the presenters following the climax of the Phenomenal Women’s Conference which took place at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown on Saturday.
The presenters noted that while women should not seek to compete with their male counterparts, there is a lot that women can do to assist with development by the female gender.
One presenter Julia Bernard Thompson who discussed the topic of women in Business is appealing to females to always deliver quality service and products to their clients as they strive to be entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile Lorna Owens who discussed the topic Overcoming Setbacks is appealing to ALL females not to be afraid of failure in all aspects of life.
She noted that to be successful they have to take risks in whatever they choose to do.
