Fifty Seven Recruits became full-fledged members of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force yesterday, at the 32nd Passing Out Parade at the Police Training School, Old Montrose.
The recruits received some seven months of training from experts in a number of areas in policing.
Delivering the feature address, Director of Public Prosecutions, Colin Williams appealed to the new police officers to be professional at all times.
He reminded them that they are now charged with the responsibility of protecting and serving the citizens of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Meanwhile … Police Commissioner, Michael Charles challenged the new Officers to be model police officers and represent the Police Force and the country well.
