Prime Minister Dr. ralph Gonsalves expressed sadness at the passing of Jeffery Cato, former Senior Engineer at the International Airport Development Company, IADC.
Speaking at a News Conference on Tuesday, Dr. Gonsalves described Mr. Cato as “a first class professional” who worked on several national projects.
The Prime Minister commended him for the contribution made to the development of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
