Senior Officials within the Public Service will be involved in a workshop on “Effective Communication and Productivity” next week.
The workshop is organized by the Public Sector Reform Unit as part of the unit’s continued thrust to reform and advance the modernization of the Public Service.
Director of the Public Sector Reform Unit Clarence Harry tells NBC News that there said there are specific areas that need to be targeted in an attempt to reform and modernize the public service, hence the reason for hosting the workshop.
Mr. Harry pointed out that there is a need for a more effective and productive public service.
Monday’s workshop will take place at the Ministry of Telecommunications Conference Room from 8:30am
It is expected to highlight the importance of effective communication and the role of public officers in the process of effective communication.
