Minister of Transport and Works Julian Francis has expressed sadness at the passing of Jeffrey Cato, the former Chief Project Engineer at the International Airport Development Company Jeffrey Cato.
Mr. Cato of Villa, died yesterday at the age of 63.
He is said to have made a significant contribution to this country over the years.
