Former Chief Project Engineer at the International Airport Development Company Jeffrey Cato of Villa, has died.
Mr. Cato died today at the age of 63.
He had been instrumental in providing Engineering advice to the Government on the International Airport Project, this country’s most costly capital project ever in the history of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
