The National Centre for Technological Information has said it will continue to retool itself to ensure the provision of quality training in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The assurance came from Network Administrator and Senior Instructor at the Centre, Charles Burke, during the Views on Issues Program last week.
The discussion focused on the topic “Information and Communication Technology – a pillar for National Development”.
Mr. Burke said while many Vincentians continue to benefit from the programmes being offered at the center, efforts are being made to upgrade the curriculum to reflect current global trends.
Mr. Burke said there is a wide range of jobs available at the regional and international levels for certified IT technicians.
