The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Cycling Union will stage a Cycling Classic through the streets of Kingstown on Sunday. The Event also includes BMX and Mountain Bikers.
This Sunday race will now be from Kingstown to Georgetown and return to Sion Hill, a distance of 46 miles, starting outside Lewis Pharmacy 2 pm, finishing at the top of Sion Hill.
Meanwhile, with three events already completed this year, the Most Outstanding Cyclist in the Category (1) in 2003, Junior Cyclist, Cammie Adams is leading the standings with 120 points, 30 points ahead of his closest rival, Zephal Bailey, the 2013 Cyclist of the Year.
Peter Durrant, 2013’s Best Masters Cyclist is third in the standings on 60 points, followed by Debtor Culzac on 45 points, Orel George on 20 points, Martin Bollers on 19 points, Casnel Duncan with 17 points, Lucky Antrobus 8 points, Steve “CAP” Ollivierre 5 points, Desmond Cox 4 points, Kyle Dougan 3 points.
