A number of outstanding individuals in the Greiggs Community will be recognized for their contribution to the Cultural heritage of Greggs, at the Fourth Annual Greiggs Heritage Festival next week.
The Greiggs Garifuna Council will partner with the Greiggs Rastafarian Progressive Society and other Groups to host the Festival next Friday to coincide with the observance of National Heroes Day.
Chief Representative of the Greggs Garifuna Council John Nero says the Greiggs Playing Field will be transformed into a model Tribal Garifuna Village.
He says it will be occupied by groups and individuals preparing authentic traditional dishes.

The Greiggs Heritage Festival will be held under the theme “Reviving the Spirit of Fannie May”.
