More than one hundred persons are still in Emergency shelters following the disaster on Christmas Eve into Christmas Day.
This was revealed by Deputy Director of the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO), Michelle Forbes, who said that the relief and recovery efforts are progressing smoothly.
Miss Forbes tells NBC News that they are continuing to assist the affected persons while developing their program to commence the rebuilding exercise.
Miss Forbes said the numbers of persons in emergency shelters are continuing to decrease as their efforts continue.
