The New British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean Her Excellency Victoria Dean, says she will like to see the region focus more on its Agricultural Sector.
She made this statement while speaking to Members of the Media yesterday, following a meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and other State Officials to present her Letters of Introduction.
Mrs. Dean said the region has excellent soil and great potential for Agricultural development and she hopes more work can be done in this regard with assistance from the United Kingdom.
